Description

In 1987 the South African Youth Congress launched an international campaign from inside South Africa to save the lives of 32 people, one woman and 31 men, sentenced to death for their anti-apartheid activities. This leaflet listed their names and asked people to write to the leaders of the UK, West Germany and the USA to use their influence with President PW Botha to stop them being hanged.
