Leaflet advertising a poetry competition for school students organised by Local Authorities Against Apartheid in November 1990. Students were asked to write poems giving a young person’s view of what apartheid means for children in South Africa, of a famous figure in the South African liberation movement or of people’s hopes for a future South Africa.
